CommonLink is a Business Services Operating System that connects businesses with verified professional service providers. We facilitate service discovery, quotations, payments, and project tracking, but service delivery is performed by independent partner firms who are solely responsible for their work.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments & Refunds
Service fees are paid through the platform and held securely until project milestones are completed. Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement with the partner firm. Disputes can be raised through your dashboard, and our team will mediate fairly.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, infringe on others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, and features are the property of CommonLink. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from platform materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
CommonLink is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services rendered by partner firms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the platform, and any pending obligations between you and service providers remain governed by their respective agreements.
